    Stage 1:

Our experienced and qualified surveyor; Paul Dollery will carry out a full on-site technical survey at a time that suits you. During the survey all agreed specifications will be re-confirmed with you. Should your installation require planning permission, Richard Thomas Conservatories & Windows will apply for, and complete all necessary paper work. We aim to achieve planning permission within 10-12 weeks of survey and ensure that it will be hassle-free for you.

    Stage 2:

Following your completed survey/ or achieving planning, our Project Manager, Michael Cook will contact you to schedule in the first part of the build and provide you with provisional dates for the installation. This will typically be around three/four weeks after your technical survey or achieving planning permission. Our experienced building team, having already matched all suitable brick choices to suit, will complete all groundwork and base construction.

    Stage 3:

On completion of your building work, the office customer care team will liaise with you regarding the installation of the frames and roof and other associated works such as the electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating. The installation will involve the full assemble of frames, roof and glass including any extra features you may have chosen.

    Stage 4:

Final touches to your additional living space are now about to take place after plastering, the final fitting off all electrics and/or plumbing will be carried out as well as the final floor screed or thermo floor finish with any extra bespoke elements such as under-floor heating, skirting and/or tilling.

    Stage 5:

Now the installation has been completed, the Design Consultant or Project Manager will organise a final visit to check that you are happy with your new conservatory and to gain valuable feedback.
